Refund Policy for TotalCarMods

At TotalCarMods, we strive to provide high-quality valve cutouts and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Returns and Refunds

• We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase for valve cutouts.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and not been welded, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will offer you a refund or a replacement, at your choice.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at info@totalcarmods.com or https://wa.me/31657140226 with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return  instructions and shipping label (if applicable).
3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to  the original payment method within 7 business days.
   

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or size, please follow the same steps as for a return. We will process the exchange based on product availability.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Any items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for refunds or returns.
